C.C. Kip Woodward is President of Woodcorp Investments Ltd, a private venture company. He is the Chair of Vancouver Coastal Health Authority, Chair of the Keg Royalty Trust Fund, Director of the Sea to Sky Gondola Corp., Director of Hy’s Canada Ltd., Advisor of Army and Navy Group, Director of Village Farms International, Governor of Brentwood College School, President/Director of Mr. and Mrs. P.A. Woodward’s Foundation, past Chair of Providence Health Care and past Member of the Provincial Judicial Council.

Kip served on the Board from 1997 to 2007 and on the Advisory Board since 2007.
