The Nature Trust of BC staff is based in downtown Vancouver with regional conservation land managers in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island, in Penticton in the Okanagan and in Cranbrook in the Kootenays. Staff members focus on land acquisition and management, conservation science, fundraising, marketing and administration.

The West Coast Conservation Land Management Program (previously known as Vancouver Island Conservation Land Management Program VICLMP) is a partnership program that includes The Nature Trust of British Columbia, Ducks Unlimited Canada, Environment and Climate Change Canada, and Ministry of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship. The program covers Vancouver Island, the central coast and Haida Gwaii.
