Dr. Andrea MacLeod

Andrea MacLeod is a biologist working in the field of environmental assessment and project permitting.  She is currently the manager of environmental programs at the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority where she works to reduce environmental effects from Port development on Burrard Inlet and the Fraser River. Prior to that she worked on development projects throughout BC as an environmental consultant. She earned a BSc in Biology from the University of Guelph, a PhD in Wildlife Ecology from Simon Fraser University, and is a Registered Professional Biologist in the province of BC. Andrea is a lifelong birder and is passionate about conserving habitat to protect wildlife.

Andrea has been a Director since 2017.
