Everyone knows that nature is good for health and happiness. Getting outside is a great way to relieve stress, but what about when you are stuck at your desk? Luckily, a study has shown that nature’s de-stress effect can help you indoors, too, just by looking at pictures of the great outdoors!

While we may not have known that even pictures of nature can improve our health, here at The Nature Trust of BC, staff have been surrounding themselves with nature, even right down to the desktop wallpaper on our computers. Here are some of our favourite landscape photos.
