The West Coast Conservation Land Management Program (WCCLMP)[1] is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Seasonal Conservation Field Crew members to join our team in Nanaimo.

As a member of the Seasonal Conservation Field Crew, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing conservation lands throughout Vancouver Island. Reporting to the Conservation Field Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing a variety of operations and maintenance activities as well as assisting in the delivery of habitat enhancing projects that include restoration work, environmental monitoring and wildlife inventory.

This unique position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work for a program that includes two of the leading land conservation organizations in British Columbia as well as the federal and provincial governments, First Nations and local stewardship groups. You will have the opportunity to engage with program partners, stakeholders, volunteers and the general public on several different properties from Cowichan Valley to Port Hardy, Tofino and Islands within the Salish Sea. This position is a great place to gain experience in conservation land management with an organization that has strong reputation for conserving diverse wildlife habitat across the province.
