We are hiring an Okanagan (Penticton) Conservation Youth Crew Lead

The Okanagan Conservation Youth Crew Lead/Supervisor(s) based in Penticton, will assist in a variety of operation and maintenance activities in the Okanagan and Similkameen while reporting to the Okanagan Conservation Field Operations Technician. As a Crew Lead/Supervisor, you will oversee a three-person Conservation Youth Crew (Lead plus Two CYC members) responsible for implementing a variety of work projects including: habitat enhancement, restoration, and routine land management—operation and maintenance — activities. There will be opportunities to engage with volunteers, participate in educational stewardship events, pursue research projects that contribute to the stewardship of the land, and promote the cause of the Nature Trust of BC. This position is a great place to gain experience in conservation land management with an organization that has a strong reputation for conserving diverse wildlife habitat across supernatural BC.
