Fall Gala 2018 – Live Auction Items
1. Reel One In
This one-of-a-kind, hand carved fishing reel depicts a design called Sea Wolf, a sub-species of wolf along with salmon, and moon in a radial design by renowned Kwagiulth artist Jason Hunt. This reel is Artist Proof #3 of only six commissioned and donated by PEETZ Outdoors. Plus a VSSL First Aid Kit and survival gear in metal containers.
2. The Grape Escape
The Nature Trust of BC Director Jim Wyse invites you and a guest to Burrowing Owl Estate Winery for a guided cellar and winery tour with him and stay for 2 nights in the penthouse suite of the deluxe resort including breakfast. Enjoy a 3-course wine-paired dinner for 2 in the highly acclaimed Sonora Room Restaurant. This package is topped off with a double magnum (3 litres) of 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon.
3. Wonderful Life
You and 3 guests are invited for an exclusive tour courtesy of the Beaty Biodiversity Museum at UBC. Then enjoy lunch with The Nature Trust Advisory Board member Ross Beaty and esteemed Board scientist and Vice Chair Dr. Sarah Otto. Included is a family membership for a year to the Beaty Biodiversity Museum.
4. Skier’s Dream Vacation

8. Your Very Own Pilot
In October 2018, The Nature Trust of BC Director Richard Wood has kindly agreed to fly you and up to 7 guests in his (Pilatus PC12) pressurized 10 seater turbo-prop plane to the Adams River in the Interior. Every four years there is a big sockeye run on the Adams River and fall 2018 is it! All trips will leave and return to Boundary Bay airport, lunch and snacks included.
9. Come Sail Away
