The Nature Trust of BC encourages comments and opinions on our channels, and we welcome diverse views and healthy discussion of any topics at hand. We welcome all perspectives to our channels, and this moderation policy is to ensure that our social media channels remain a place where safe, respectful, and constructive dialogues may be had.
The Nature Trust of BC reserves the right to remove any comments which meet any of the following criteria:
- Contains hateful, abusive, or discriminatory language
- Contains unnecessary vulgarity
- Is an obviously fake profile
- Contains spam or is a promotion of unrelated services or products
- Is far off-topic
- Contains misinformation, disproven claims or harmful advice
- Contains long embedded URLs or multiple excessive links
- Contains a personal attack against the author or community members
If a user repeatedly violates the social media moderation policy, we reserve the right to block them from our channels.
